Return Policy

We want you to love your Viv's Headspace purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved:

Items must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note:

We do not accept returns on final sale items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
